We provide complete engineered drawings, CSA certification documents, and spec packages. You’re still responsible for submitting to your local building department, but we guide you through every form and requirement.

A professional transport team delivers your completed home on a flatbed truck. A crane places the unit onto your prepared foundation. We coordinate all road permits, route planning, and site access. You don’t need to arrange anything – just ensure the site is clear and the foundation is ready.
